Everyone is individual and private sessions are bespoke to you and what you most need and want to gain from the session.
Sessions are by zoom, phone or in person (if you are willing to travel) and Sarah is able to gain a soul level perspective on things for you from your pre session questionnaire, therefore able to quickly tune into your personal energy field to assist you in healing.
Although Sarah is able to clear a lot in a single session and this is sometimes all that is needed, there may be a need for more in depth and continued support to help you fully release something. If so, you will be advised during your 121 and offered suggestions to support you.
Sessions offer on this page are stand alone sessions, with limited availability and at an introductory investment however, Sarah also offers monthly or 12 month mentoring and VIP days. If you feel called to these, start with an introductory session to see if we fit and how we work together. You initial investment will be deducted from any program should you decide to take them.
